Who I am
I’m Megan Roberts, an SEO and ecommerce consultant working with Irish and international brands.
I’ve worked across fashion, skincare, makeup, and online pharmacy brands, where trust, accuracy, and buying confidence matter. Most of my work now is with Shopify stores, because that’s where I see the biggest gap between what businesses think SEO is and what actually drives sales.

Is the Grow Digital Voucher only for ecommerce businesses?
No. It’s open to service businesses too. That said, ecommerce businesses tend to get more long term value from it, especially when it’s used for SEO or site improvements that keep working after the funding is spent.
Can the Grow Digital Voucher be used for SEO?
Yes. SEO strategy, site structure work, content planning, and performance tracking all fall within what the voucher is designed to support.
How much funding can I get?
The voucher covers 50% of approved costs, from €500 up to €5,000. You pay your share, the Local Enterprise Office covers the rest once the work is completed and approved.
Do I need to have a Shopify store?
No, but I mainly work with Shopify because it’s where I see the biggest gap between what businesses are doing and what actually helps sales. If you’re on another platform, I’ll tell you whether it’s a good fit before anything else.
Do you help with the application itself?
I’ll help you decide what to apply for and how to scope the work properly. I’m not the Local Enterprise Office, but I’ll make sure you’re on the right path.
How long does SEO take to work?
You usually start seeing movement within a few months. The real value builds over time. This isn’t a quick win channel, which is exactly why it suits a grant that’s meant to support long term growth.
What happens after the voucher work is done?
You keep everything. The site changes, the content, the structure. There’s no lock in. You can continue the work yourself or bring in support later if you want.
